Here is who they are and why they wrote, in the same words they would give you if you asked.

Your public LinkedIn profile, and nothing more than that. Someone described what they are building and who would know the problem first-hand, and your role matched. They reviewed the list and approved it before anything was sent.
Nothing is being sold and there is nothing to buy. Some rounds offer early access or a place in a beta, which the message says plainly. Some offer a thank-you for your time, paid by the person running the research directly to you. MomProof never pays anyone for being interested.
It goes to the person who asked. If you are quoted it is by first name and role, never anything private, and you can ask to be left out entirely. One or two questions is the whole ask, capped at six messages from us. Say you are not interested and it ends; ask not to be contacted and nothing is ever sent again.
